I really enjoyed that movie 50 First Dates where Adam Sandlers characters falls with Drew Barrymores character, but she had an accident which injured a certain part of her brain that does not allow her to have short term memories before the accident. How sad that must be for someone like that. So Sandlers character, who meets her after the accident, has to continually reintroduce himself to her and remind her that they have met and talk to each other every day. After a while, Sandlers character ends up making a video for her that reminds her of him and all the important people in her life. In short, he has to make her fall in love with him every single day. And somehow, that movie just touches me in the warm spot every time I see it play over and over again in my house.

Well, it was just one of those average weekends where time just sort of passed by and things just sort of got done in a, well, hum drum sort of manner. But hey, not every weekend can be exciting. Yet, if there is one kind of way to get a pick me up on a weekend it is watching the comedy channel on cable. Man, some of those comedians are a gas. It is truly funny how they can talk about just anything and make it funny. This summer just has not wanted to burn off and its almost winter season now. What IS going on here. Is it global warming or another one of thos hot Indian summers that just has not burned off. I just do not know about long distance relationships, do you? I mean, especially when both people are in different countries with a huge body of water in between them. Imagine that. In fact, I know someone like this who met their supposed better half in another country and then one of them had to decide to live in one country or the other. What a tough decision that has to be. A friend gave me two 17 inch monitors last week and I had fun setting them up for dual screens on my computer.
